These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and Boldbix Technologies, the company that owns and operates the RepoXP platform.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using RepoXP you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
2. Acceptable use
- Reviews must be based on genuine customer experiences.
- You may not incentivise, fabricate or bulk-post reviews.
- You may not use the platform for unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
- You are responsible for complying with Google's review policies.
3. Google Reviews and Third-Party Platforms
RepoXP does not guarantee any increase in the number, rating, visibility, or frequency of Google reviews. RepoXP also does not guarantee that any review generated or assisted through the platform will be published, remain visible, or appear on a Google Business Profile, Google Maps, or Google Search.
All reviews submitted to Google are subject to Google's policies, automated systems, moderation, and other checks. Google may delay, filter, restrict, or remove reviews at its sole discretion. RepoXP has no control over Google's review publication, moderation, filtering, or removal decisions.
Users are responsible for ensuring that reviews submitted through RepoXP represent genuine customer experiences and comply with Google's applicable policies.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
5. Subscriptions and AI credits
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. AI credits are allocated per billing cycle, are consumed on each AI generation and do not roll over unless stated in your plan.
6. Service availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and third-party outages may temporarily affect access.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including changes to third-party search rankings.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time from your billing settings.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
